AIMS APAC REIT (“AA REIT”) is a real estate investment trust listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”). AA REIT’s principal investment objective is to invest in a diversified portfolio of high-quality, income-producing industrial, logistics and business park real estate across Asia Pacific.
AA REIT is managed by AIMS APAC REIT Management Limited, which is wholly owned by AIMS Financial Group.
A Real Estate Investment Trust, or REIT, is a listed investment vehicle that owns and manages income-producing real estate. REITs typically generate income from rentals collected from tenants and may distribute a substantial portion of their taxable income to unitholders, subject to applicable laws, regulations and the REIT’s financial position.
REIT units are traded on the stock exchange, allowing investors to buy or sell units through a securities trading account.
AA REIT has been listed on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST since 2007.

For units held through a broker, custodian, nominee account, CPF agent bank or SRS operator, investors should contact the relevant financial institution directly for information on their holdings.
AA REIT currently makes distributions to unitholders on a quarterly basis, subject to AA REIT’s financial performance and the Manager’s determination.
