| Description | Pursuant to Rule 703 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT Management Limited (the Manager) as Manager of AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT (the Trust) today announced an overall uplift in Singapore portfolio valuation of 0.1% as compared to the previous valuations as at 30 September 2014 (after adjustment for capitalised capital expenditure). The total value of the Singapore portfolio as at 31 March 2015 is S$1.23 billion. | ||||||||||
