On 8 November 2012, the Manager of AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT ("AIMSAMPIREIT") transferred 935,917 units in AIMSAMPIREIT ("Units") at a price of S$1.41 per Unit to its shareholders as follows:-
- 467,959 Units transferred to GWC; and
- 467,958 Units transferred to AMP Capital Investors (Luxembourg No.4) S.A.R.L.
These Units were transferred by the Manager to the shareholders of the Manager as partial payment of the final dividends for the financial year ended 30 June 2012.

Mr George Wang, is the indirect 100% owner of GWC and 50% owner of the Manager. Mr Wang is deemed to have an interest in the Units held by the Manager and is also deemed to have an interest in the units held by GWC.
