On 25 May 2012, the Manager was issued 1,685,917 new units ("Units") in AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT as payment for the performance component of the Manager's management fee for the year ended 31 March 2012. The Units were issued at an issue price of S$1.1139 per Unit.

The issue price was determined based on the volume weighted average traded price for a unit for all trades completed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, in the ordinary course of trading, for the last 10 business days of the financial year ended 31 March 2012.

Mr George Wang, associated Company and Trust are the ultimate 100% owner of GWC and 50% owner of the Manager. Mr Wang is deemed to have an interest in the Units issued to the Manager and is also deemed to have an interest in the units held by GWC.
