The decrease in AMP Capital Investors (Luxembourg No. 4) S.a.r.l.'s interest in the shares in the listed issuer is due to the re-assignment of 13,333,333 units on 26 July 2011 by AMP Capital Investors (Luxembourg No. 4) S.a.r.l. to AIMS Securities Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the terms of the deed of release in relation to the statutory assignment over units of the listed issuer on 15 October 2010.
