AMP Capital Holdings Limited has a deemed interest in the shares in the listed issuer held by AMP Capital Investors (Luxembourg No. 4) S.a.r.l. ("AMP Lux"). Pursuant to the terms of the deed of release in relation to the statutory assignment over units of the listed issuer on 15 October 2010, AMP Lux re-assigned 13,333,333 units to AIMS Securities Holdings Pty Limited on 26 July 2011.
