Issuance of 39,286,080 Units in AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT ("AIMSAMPIREIT") on 14 October 2010, following the exercise of nil-paid rights allotted under the fully underwritten and renounceable rights issue of AIMSAMPIREIT on the basis of 7 Rights Units for every 20 existing Units in AIMSAMPIREIT.
Mr George Wang is deemed to have an interest in the units held by GWCH and AIMS SHPL as he is the ultimate 100% owner of GWCH and AIMS SHPL.
