Provisional allotment of 35,510,948 "nil-paid" Rights Units ("Rights Entitlements") and 3,775,132 Rights Entitlements to GWCH and AIMS SHPL respectively, pursuant to the fully underwritten renounceable rights issue of AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT ("AIMSAMPIREIT") on the basis of 7 Rights Units for every 20 existing Units in AIMSAMPIREIT held as at the books closure date at 5.00 p.m. on 20 September 2010.

Mr George Wang is deemed to have an interest in the Units held by GWCH and AIMS SHPL as he is the ultimate 100% owner of GWCH and AIMS SHPL.
