Clarification On Announcements On 24 December 2009 - Resignation Of Directors

Further to our announcements on 24 December 2009 on the resignations of Mr. Lawrence Alan Mendelowitz as an executive director and Mr. Mark Thorpe-Apps as a non-executive director of AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT Management Limited, as manager of AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT (the "Manager"). the Manager wishes to clarify that the resignations of both Mr Lawrence Alan Mendelowitz and Mr Mark Thorpe-Apps were pursuant to a Manager Shareholders' Agreement between AIMS Financial Holding Limited and AMP Capital Investors International Holdings Limited, to regulate their relationship as shareholders of the Manager, including Board composition.
