Use Of Proceeds From The AMP Capital Investment And Cornerstone Investments

A further S$8.6 million of the gross proceeds of S$62.0 million from the AMP Capital Investment and Cornerstone Investments has been used to repay JPY 500.0 million of the JPY Term Loan and fund transaction-related costs of S$0.8 million.
