The change in the percentage level is the result of (i) the issuance of 9,821,429 Cornerstone Investment Units to GWCH by MI-REIT pursuant to the AIMS Investment (as part of the Cornerstone Investments), as defined in the Circular to Unitholders of MI-REIT dated 6 November 2009 and (ii) the dilution as a result of the increase in the number of units in issue. |
