Working experience and occupation(s) during the past 10 years | Mr George Wang is the founding Chief Executive Officer of AIMS Financial Group ("AIMS") and is an active participant in both the Australian and Chinese financial services industries. Mr Wang immigrated to Australia from China 20 years ago and founded AIMS two years later in 1991. Since its establishment, AIMS has been built into a diversified financial services group, active in the areas of lending, securitisation, investment banking, real estate investment and funds management, resources, hightech and infrastructure investment. In the course of developing AIMS into a significant financial services group in Australia, Mr Wang has developed a strong skill base in the areas of securitisation, real estate funds management, structured finance and innovative financial product development. Mr Wang has developed an extensive business network in both Australia and China and has spent a significant amount of time in China each year for the past 16 years. Mr Wang has been an active investor in China over the last 10 years. Mr Wang is active in the Chinese financial sector; he is an advisor for a number of Chinese Government bodies and Government agencies. He holds the position of Deputy President of the International Trade Council of China, a constituent body of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. In Australia, Mr Wang is the President of the Australia-China Finance & Investment Council. As the President of Australia-China Finance and Investment Council, Mr Wang has been laying the foundation for the financial bridge between Australia and China for many years, closely following the development of the Chinese financial sector, at the same time building a professional team. Mr Wang's story was selected by the Development Research Center of the State Council of China to be in biographical books such as the "Outstanding Achievements - 100 greatest Chinese business leaders in the world", "Remarkable Chinese Financiers - stories of the top 80 Chinese leaders in Financing Industry Globally" and "Great Power - Life with Intelligence and Patriotism of the top 80 Chinese Business Leaders". |

Interest in the listed issuer and its subsidiaries | AIMS Securities Holdings Pty Ltd and AIMS Capital Holdings Pty Ltd are directly owned by Mr George Wang. AIMS Securities Holdings Pty Ltd and AIMS Capital Holdings Pty Ltd (AIMS) has acquired an aggregate of 91.68% of MacarthurCook Limited through an off market takeover bid. MacarthurCook Limited holds a 92.5% direct interest in MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited, the Manager of MacarthurCook Industrial REIT. AIMS Securities Holdings Pty Ltd and AIMS Capital Holdings Pty Ltd together have a deemed interest in 41,743,094 units (15.67%) of MacarthurCook Industrial REIT's outstanding units. |
