MCK has a 100% direct interest in MacarthurCook Fund Management Limited ("MCKFM") and holds a 92.5% direct interest in MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited (MCKIM (Asia)), which is the manager of MI-REIT. AIMS has control over the majority of the voting shares in MCK and MCKFM and MCKIM (Asia) as subsidiaries of MCK. |
