MacarthurCook Industrial REIT Debt Facility Extended To 31 December 2009

MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent to the extension of MacarthurCook Industrial REIT's Singapore debt facility have been satisfied. With this extension, the facility will be due on 31 December 2009.
