MacarthurCook Industrial REIT Achieves Approval For Extension Of Debt Facility To 31 December 2009

MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited wishes to announce that MI-REIT has achieved credit approval from its lenders, National Australia Bank Limited and Commonwealth Bank of Australia Limited, for an extension of its existing debt facility to 31 December 2009.
