MacarthurCook Industrial REIT Granted 60 Day Extension In Relation To Debt Facility

MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited, the Manager of MacarthurCook Industrial REIT is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent to the 60 day extension of the debt facility as announced on the 31 March 2009 have been satisfied.

With this extension, the facility will be due on 16 June 2009.
