MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited wishes to announce that Moody's Investors Service has downgraded MI-REIT's corporate rating to Ba2. The rating remains on review for possible downgrade. The Manager expects to finalise negotiations to refinance its debt maturities in April 2009 by the end of January 2009.
