MacarthurCook EGM Results - Shareholders In Support Of IOOF Strategic Alliance

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of MacarthurCook Limited today, shareholders overwhelmingly endorsed the strategic alliance entered into between the Company and IOOF Holdings Limited whereby IOOF became a shareholder in MacarthurCook by subscribing for 3.45 million shares in the Company.

The vote by shareholders endorses the decision of the MacarthurCook Board and establishes a sound base for the Company's future operations through that alliance.
