On 12 February 2008, the aggregate holding of these accounts which give Lion Capital the discretion to exercise voting rights has been reduced from 23,636,000 to 22,274,000 units. Lion Capital is deemed to be interested in 22,274,000 units in the capital of MI-REIT and hence has a deemed interest in these units. Accordingly, OCBC has a deemed interest in these units. |
