MI-REIT To Postpone Proposed Equity Fund Raising

MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited, as manager of MacarthurCook Industrial REIT, has decided to postpone its proposed equity fund raising. The Manager has taken into consideration the current turmoil in the international capital markets in its decision to preserve the value of unitholders' equity.
