Correction Of Announcement Of Notice Of Change In Interests

This announcement supercedes MacarthurCook Industrial REIT's ("MI-REIT") announcement that was filed on 3 January 2008 at 6.50pm (Announcement 00102) to reflect UBS AG's Notice of Change in Interest provided to the Manager on 2 January 2008. UBS AG has since informed the Manager that its shareholdings in MI-REIT as specified in the above mentioned Notice and Announcement 00102 are inaccurate and that no disclosure was required at the time.

UBS AG's actual deemed and direct interest in MI-REIT as at 4 January 2008 is as follows:
