Notice Of Change Of Substantial Shareholder's Interests

MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited, the Manager of MacarthurCook Industrial REIT ("MI-REIT") wishes to announce that the Manager has been notified by MacarthurCook Industrial Property Fund ("MIF") that MIF sold all of its investment in MI-REIT of 22 million units on 6 November 2009.
